Can I see my artwork before it's made?
Yes! After placing your order, our artists will create a preview of your design within 1-2 days and send it to you for approval. We send all customers a preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can request edits as many times as you like. We only make it once you're happy with your design.
What if I want to make changes to the design preview?
We offer unlimited revisions. You can request changes to the design until you are completely satisfied.
How long is the production time once the design is approved?
Once you approve the design preview, production takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
If the design hasn’t been finalized, you can contact us to make changes to the order.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We accept all cancellation requests before the production process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to production, it can't be canceled.
How is the wall art powered?
Our wall art is USB powered and comes with a 2-meter long USB cable for easy setup. We also offer a wireless version that is powered by 4x AA batteries (batteries not included).

The mobile app allows you to control the LED backlighting with 20 rotating effects, adjustable speed, adjustable brightness, music sync, and access to over 1000 solid colors.
How do I track my order?
After production is finalized, you will receive an order update via email with the tracking number included.
