What materials are used for the wall art?
Our wall art is made from 3mm thick, high-quality acrylic plates and features LED backlighting for vibrant and durable designs.
How does the wall art stick to the wall?
As part of our current sale, every order includes FREE wall hanging strips which normally cost $30. These strips stick to any wall or surface and elevate the design 2cm from the wall, creating a 3D effect.
How long is the production time?
Once you place your order, production takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We accept all cancellation requests before the production process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to production, it can't be canceled.
How is the wall art powered?
Our wall art is USB powered and comes with a 2-meter long USB cable for easy setup. We also offer a wireless version that is powered by 4x AA batteries (batteries not included).
What features does the mobile app offer?
The mobile app allows you to control the LED backlighting with 20 rotating effects, adjustable speed, adjustable brightness, music sync, and access to over 1000 solid colors.
How do I track my order?
After production is finalized, you will receive an order update via email with the tracking number included.

If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.
If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within 1 hour of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!
